Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Head of YouTube & Social Growth to spearhead our customer acquisition efforts across YouTube, Instagram, and other emerging platforms. In this pivotal role, you will lead a creative and cross-functional team to enhance content production and performance, directly influencing our lead generation and global brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

YouTube Strategy

• Oversee the largest UAE-focused real estate YouTube channel aimed at investors.
• Optimize production workflows to boost content quantity without sacrificing quality.
• Enhance performance metrics and expand into foreign language channels, starting with French and Arabic.
• Initiate new niche channels and develop a personal branding channel for our CEO.

Instagram & Short-Form Content

• Create compelling top-of-funnel content like reels and manage its integration into our strategy.
• Transform long-form content into engaging short-form pieces to effectively engage our audience.
• Craft narratives through carousels and stories to convert followers into potential clients.

Exploring New Platforms

• Experiment with platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Telegram to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Determine which platforms warrant original content versus those suited for secondary distribution.
• Develop and implement launch strategies and growth plans for new channels.

Team Leadership

Expand and guide a diverse team currently comprising a scriptwriter, three editors, and a group dedicated to foreign channel content, ensuring smooth collaboration across all functions.

Requirements

• Demonstrable leadership experience in social media growth, with a focus on YouTube and Instagram.
• A strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage creative teams and oversee complex workflows.
• Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages being advantageous.

Other Details

• This is a full-time role.
• You will report directly to the Founder & CEO.
• Relocation to Dubai is preferred, although remote work arrangements can be considered.
